# Rotating Your Merchant GUID

Follow these steps to rotate your Merchant GUID on Shopify Native. All steps start in your store admin.

>
> **Before you start**
>
> * Have your new Merchant GUID to hand.
> * Your Merchant ID does not change.
> * Questions? Contact your Global-e account manager.

## Steps

**1. Open the Global-e app**

Navigate to **Apps → Global-e CrossBorder** on your store admin.

**2. Find your current details**

Under **Account Settings**, find your **Merchant ID** and **Merchant GUID**.

**3. Switch the GUID**

Switch the **Merchant GUID** to your new GUID.

**4. Save**

Save the app and wait for approval.

**5. Force a cache refresh**

Under **Global-e CrossBorder**, navigate to **Settings**.

Search for **Invalidate Cache** and select **Force cache refresh**.
